Marketing Executive

Summary
TCA Digital is expanding, and we're looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join our team. You'll play a pivotal role in planning and delivering integrated campaigns that grow awareness and demand for InsiderList, our award-winning compliance platform. InsiderList helps public companies, advisers and corporate service providers automate Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) insider list management. It replaces manual email/Excel processes with a secure, audit-ready platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver marketing assets end-to-end, including landing pages, one-pagers, email banners, paid social creatives, and webinar/event assets (Figma)
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across web, email, paid social and events/webinars
- Build brand awareness and help position InsiderList as the leading MAR insider list platform
- Write, proofread and refine marketing materials (web copy, ads, emails, decks, collateral)
- Produce engaging content, including blogs and short videos, with a clear point of view and strong messaging
- Manage and grow our social channels with consistent, on-brand content and scheduling
- Support webinars and events (planning, promotion, collateral, attendance where relevant)
- Conduct market research (customer calls, surveys and competitor scanning) and turn insights into action
- Track performance and iterate. Weekly reporting on traffic, leads, conversion rates, and cost-per-lead/CAC indicators
- Collaborate closely with the wider team to keep campaigns moving in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in a marketing role
- 1+ years' experience working with Figma
- Fluent, native-level English with strong copywriting and editing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Experience using social media and web analytics tools, plus confidence working with data and reporting
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience with SEO and/or Google Ads
