Product Designer

Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing products that meet the needs of our clients while collaborating across functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centered products aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders on features
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines
- Stay current with design trends and technologies
Requirements
- Proven product design and UX/UI experience
- Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating process
- Problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout
- Ability to communicate design rationale effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field
- 2+ years product design experience
