Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Summary
TCA Digital is expanding, and we are looking for a talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in converting inbound interest and outbound outreach into qualified meetings and sales pipeline for InsiderList, our award-winning compliance platform. InsiderList helps public companies, advisers and corporate service providers automate Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) insider list management. It replaces manual email and Excel processes with a secure, audit-ready platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and run outbound strategy, including ideal customer profile definition, segmentation, targeting, messaging, sequencing and reporting
- Prospect into relevant accounts, including listed companies, advisers and corporate service providers, and book qualified meetings
- Build and run multi-channel sequences across email, LinkedIn and calls
- Manage inbound leads, respond quickly, qualify efficiently and progress opportunities through the funnel
- Follow up on marketing-generated enquiries and convert interested prospects into qualified meetings
- Qualify opportunities across pain, urgency, current compliance workflows, stakeholders, budget and timeline, then hand over cleanly to the closer
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene in Pipedrive, including activities, stages, notes, next steps and reporting
- Share insights with Marketing and Product, including objections, feature requests, competitor notes, and win/loss themes
- Support campaign execution by aligning outreach with current marketing activity and messages
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in a SaaS sales role (SDR, BDR, or similar)
- Excellent written and spoken English (native-level proficiency)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working to targets and activity metrics with strong pipeline discipline
- Highly organised and reliable with follow-ups, stakeholders and next steps
- Experience selling into regulated industries such as compliance, governance, legal or finance
Education & Experience
- Experience selling to public companies or professional services firms (advisers, corporate service providers)
- Familiarity with sales tooling such as Sales Navigator, Pipedrive, or similar
- Experience working closely with Marketing on inbound lead follow-up and campaign alignment
