Each recipient signs your MNPI memorandum from a unique emailed link. Reminders are sent automatically until the last signature is in.
Once the information is public, record the date access ended to send each recipient a closure notice.

Each request is routed automatically to the approvers you configure. Any open MNPI list is flagged for your review.
Approve with an expiration and comments to send both to the requester by email, in the portal, and on a PDF approval.

Each due date is stored with its rule and the federal or NYSE holidays excluded from its calculation.

Approve a wall-crossing request to open the matter and notify each person brought over the wall.
On approval, each affected security is added to your restricted securities for those people. Only you see the flag on their requests.
