Add the people
Add each person your counsel names by email with their start date. An example issuer enters 18 (its board, executive officers, and chief accounting officer).
Add related persons
Under each member, add their related persons. Each receives a notice that the same blackout periods and pre-clearance rules reach their trades.
Apply your policy
Set once whether people on each list need pre-clearance, don't need it, or cannot trade. Roster membership then applies automatically to every notice and check.

Date each membership and collect an acknowledgment
Who was on the roster on March 1 is a filter, not a search through old emails.
Each member signs an acknowledgment worded for a US issuer.
It names their duty to report their own and their related persons' transactions promptly, so Forms 3, 4, and 5 are filed in time.
Add related persons without a login
An administrator adds, updates, and removes related persons from the Section 16 person's profile.
They receive their notice by email and request pre-clearance through an emailed link that asks which Section 16 person they relate to.
Section 16 persons can also add their own related persons in the portal. Each addition, edit, and end date is queued for your approval.
Run every notice and check from the roster
On opening a blackout period, the start notice goes to every Section 16 person and every covered person.
When it ends, the end notice tells them the window is open again. Each period's email history shows who was sent what and when.
Each stock plan administrator inquiry about a Section 16 person is checked against the same roster, and anyone inside a blackout period is refused.
Import broker accounts in bulk
Each person's broker accounts are on their profile with effective dates. Each account is marked for your stock plan administrator.
Load designations, effective dates, and broker accounts from one CSV template. Rejected rows come back with reasons, so you can rerun without creating anything twice.
One setting turns Section 16 on for any roster, including a UK one. Each person sees their own designation and accounts in the portal.
